In this powerful 90-minute coaching session, we’ll uncover what’s truly keeping you stuck, break through the patterns that are holding you back, and create a personalised lifestyle plan you can start implementing right away.
Step 1 – Insight
Before your 90-minute Breakthrough Session, we’ll take a deep, holistic look at your health, lifestyle, and medical history.
This valuable information helps us understand key areas such as:
• Stress levels
• Hormone and gut health
• Exercise and movement
• Sleep quality
• Daily habits and routines
• Goals, intentions, and overall wellbeing
Once your initial lifestyle information is received, we’ll schedule your 90-minute Breakthrough Session.
Step 2 – Clarity
During the Breakthrough Session, we’ll clarify your goals, explore your lifestyle habits in depth, identify common blocks, and uncover the root causes of your health concerns.
This stage brings the clarity you need to understand what’s been holding you back and what’s possible moving forward.
Step 3 – Change
The majority of the session focuses on transformation.
Using my Four Doctors Philosophy, we’ll craft a bespoke plan that introduces meaningful, sustainable habits designed to move you closer to your goals—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Week 3 – LAYING THE FOUNDATIONS
We set goals/objectives to lay the Foundational Principles of Health — the essential habits everyone needs for a balanced body and mind:

Weeks 4–10 – BUILDING HEALTHY NEW HABITS
These are practical, coaching sessions focusing on balancing your lifestyle using the 4 Doctors, you’ll put your plan into practice with expert guidance, education, and accountability.
Each session is tailored to your needs and may include:
• Nutrition coaching
• Breathwork to calm mind and body
• Coaching movement program for home or gym
• Lifestyle changes to facilitate restorative sleep
• Mindset and motivation coaching
By week ten, you’ll have the knowledge and tools to make better lifestyle choices that will help you do more of the things you live to do.
