Health and lifestyle coaching would benefit anyone wishing to recover from illness or injury, manage stress or would like to realise their full potential.
Our holistic approach to personal training means me provide bespoke exercise programmes which are based on a thorough movement screen taking into consideration lifestyle and stress levels. We combine more eastern ‘mind body’ philosophies with western style approaches to maximise results.
The quality of your diet has a tremendous impact on your health and performance, learning to choose the right type of foods is crucial to experience quality of life and longevity. Most diseases are stem from a poor diet and lifestyle choices, eating the right foods for you is crucial to maximise recovery, energy levels and state of mind.
Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention
Learn effective exercises that allow your body to heal itself, become more functional and prevent injury reoccurring. We work closely with our in house therapists to augment your recovery.
