HealthTribe provide bespoke holistic health and lifestyle coaching, personal training and holistic therapies, helping you to achieve your goals. Our holistic approach means we don’t treat symptoms, we coach an individual to listen, and pay attention to their body’s needs leading to improved health and wellbeing.


We love coaching people how to deal with stress and achieve balance in their lives. Whether you have specific goals such as recovering from injury, depression, chronic fatigue, digestive problems, stress, general ill health, weight loss,  sleep problems or back pain, improving gut health or want to optimise your health and wellbeing we can work with you to help you attain your goals.

    After a detailed health and lifestyle screen we encourage you to examine your needs and goals and show you how to bring balance to your life using our unique Four-Doctor system. Health and Lifestyle coaching benefits anyone wishing to recover from illness or injury, manage stress and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

  • Personal Training

    Our holistic methodology to personal training means designing a bespoke exercise programme based on a thorough movement screening and examination of your lifestyle and stress levels. We combine eastern ‘mind body’ philosophies with a western style approach to maximise results.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    The quality of your diet has a tremendous impact on your health and performance. Learning to choose the right type of foods is crucial to experience quality of life and longevity. Most diseases stem from poor diet and lifestyle choices. Eating the right foods for you is crucial to maximise recovery, energy levels and state of mind.

  • Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention

    Learn effective exercises that allow your body to heal itself. Become more functional and prevent injury recurring. We work closely with our in-house therapists to augment your recovery.
