Whoever and wherever you are at this point, if you want to feel empowered, this weekend will offer you the bespoke wellbeing toolkit you need to reset and take control of how you live your life

 

What is HealthTribe’s Wellbeing Reset?

 

This is more than just a ‘retreat’!

 

Over an immersive weekend, our group of expert holistic coaches will deliver a transformative programme of practical concepts and strategies helping you design lifestyle habits that will serve you for years to come.

 

Using HealthTribe’s simple Four Doctors Philosophy this weekend will transform and empower your choices around diet, movement, sleep, and mental and emotional health.

 

To reinforce and support the integration of the practical habits of the Four Doctors Philosophy, the weekend’s programme outline will also include energy balancing Kundalini Yoga, the healing qualities of singing bowls and Gong Bath, the embodiment and energy cultivation of Qigong and the powerful practice of working out.

 

You have the choice to immerse yourself over the weekend and opt to stay at the Quadrangle (see below options below schedule) arrival from 6pm Friday evening.

 

Please note – For those opting to use their your own accommodation, arrival will be between 8-8.30am for 9am start the Saturday.

Schedule

 

Arrival on Saturday at 8.30am for 9.00am start, and we will finish on Sunday by 4.30pm.

 

The final programme will constantly evolve until we meet, as it will be tailored based on each participant’s aims and goals.

 

This information will be gathered through a confidential assessment form to be completed at the time of booking. However, the weekend agenda is currently looking like this:

Food and nourishment

 

As food is part of Dr Diet, we believe providing delicious, nutritious food with the highest provenance is integral to your experience (with organic and locally sourced produce wherever possible), as well as snacks, tea and coffee. Allergies and special dietary requirements will be catered for with notice.
