Health and Lifestyle Coaching
If you’re frustrated with your health and well-being and don’t know which direction to turn next, consider working with one of our Health and Lifestyle Coaches which incorporates all of the following types of coaching – Health Coach, Lifestyle Coach, Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach or Mental Health Coach. After a detailed health and lifestyle assessment with one of our Health and Wellbeing coaches, we work with you to understand your own needs and explain how to bring balance to your lifestyle using our unique Four Doctor system. Health and lifestyle coaching benefits anyone wishing to recover from illness or injury, manage stress or achieve optimum health.

Holistic Personal Training
Our holistic approach to personal training means we consider at all aspects of your lifestyle when designing your tailored fitness programme, this includes stress levels, diet, injury and medical history through to sleep and mental emotional factors.
Taking a ‘no pain, no gain’ approach can be not only ineffective but dangerous! Our holistic approach means ‘We don’t drain our clients, we train them’! You can be rest assured that our holistic and scientific approach to Personal Training is the safest and most effective way to long term sustainable results.
Our Personal Trainers are highly skilled in teaching you how to make the optimal exercise and movement choice based on your individual needs. We fuse Eastern methods such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Chi Gong and more western styles such as strength and conditioning, Swiss ball training and HIIT.
We offer tailored exercise programmes for your home and gym. Clients benefit from accessing their fitness programmes online in various mediums, which include detailed descriptions and video demonstrations.
The quality of your diet has a tremendous impact on your health and performance. Learning to personalise your own diet is crucial for you to experience good quality of life, longevity and allow your body to heal from the busy demands of life. Your diet is one of your Four Doctors and therefore a crucial foundation of your health and fitness.
Your nutritional needs are just as unique as movement, or lifestyle needs, that’s why Metabolic Typing is at the core of our nutritional philosophy.
Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention
We design and coach specific, corrective exercise programmes to improve posture, and biomechanics. Most injuries can be avoided by improving posture.
We work closely with our in-house Osteopath Ian Thornley and Kinesiologist Lisa Robinson to maximise the recovery process.
Our bespoke corrective exercise programmes are chosen to improve function so you can get back to the things you love to do.
We regularly work with clients who want to improve their sporting performance. Working with us you can expect a holistic and scientific approach to improving your performance, which means improving your ability to repair from training. Whether it’s lowering your golf handicap or running for a marathon we can help you.
A new high intensity, small group movement class aimed at those who would like to look, move and feel better.
We teach a variety of effective functional movement patterns using your own body, kettle bells, dumbbells, cable pulley and ropes to encourage movement as nature intended.
Sessions will be limited to four people to optimise an effective learning environment and creating a personal atmosphere.

Our classes are designed around functional and fun movement patterns to equip you for the real world. We will skilfully match each session to your fitness level.
Sessions take place in our thoughtfully designed movement studio, but if the weather is kind, we may also take advantage of our stunning natural location to add value to your experience.

Meet the tribe
Chief – Dan Tiley
Dan specialises in holistic lifestyle coaching, nutrition, corrective exercise techniques and motivational speaking. Passionate about learning and helping people, Dan continues to broaden his knowledge in the field of Holistic Health through on-going professional development. Since graduating with a Sports Science degree in 2000, Dan has trained extensively with the CHEK Institute in California (Corrective, Holistic, Exercise, Kinesiology) and is qualified in many areas of Holistic Health, including Metabolic Typing, Mindfulness, CrossFit, Animal Flow, EFT and recently Reiki healing.
Sometimes clients need extra help to get them where they want to be. HealthTribe has a network of trusted likeminded and experienced specialists and is fortunate to be able to refer clients to them when required. Some of the in house holistic therapies available at our exclusive wellbeing studio in Sevenoaks are, osteopathy, sports massage, Kinesiology and energy healing work.
Ian Thornley – Osteopath
Ian is passionate about providing excellent professional osteopathic care, helping people live active and pain free lives.
Following a 20-year career in healthcare, as a pharmacist and a sports massage therapist, he chose to enhance his skills and graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), a legal requirement for osteopaths in the UK.
Ian has a strong focus on individual patient care and strongly believes in working in partnership with his patients to find the most effective way to reduce pain and promote health and well-being.
He uses a wide range of osteopathic treatment techniques, in conjunction with advice on lifestyle, posture, ergonomics and exercise to assist in the restoration and maintenance of pain free living.

Lisa Robinson – Kinesiologist
I am excited to be joining The HeathTribe and become a part of the team plus working in this amazing environment is so good for the mind, body and soul.
Kinesiology is a natural health care treatment that treats the body as a whole and in the order that it needs treating. Through gentle muscle testing I can communicate with your body to establish where there is an imbalance and discover what it needs to heal.
I am especially interested in mineral deficiency and how this affects the body, plus hormone and adrenal fatigue and digestive disorders that affect so many of us everyday. Sometimes we are so used to the symptoms, we no longer acknowledge them but failing to address them and not supporting the body will just manifest into a more serious problem at some point.
This fascinating treatment continually surprises me with how it communicates with body to learn how it is dealing with structural, chemical, nutritional or emotional imbalances and what it is asking for. It’s like being a body detective.

Kia Felton – Sports Massage Therapist
A keen runner, sailor and skier, I trained/qualified in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy in 2008.I work with anyone with an injury whether it was caused by sporting or occupational activity.
I work on patients ranging from children, GB athletes, recreational golfers, and currently even a 97 year old patient at home. Sports Massage is not just for injuries caused by sport… it’s also for those who wish to maintain health and well being.
I always work within individual pain thresholds and believe good communication between therapist and patient gets the best results.
I use Ultrasound Therapy, if appropriate to aid the healing of soft tissue.

Reiki, pronounced ‘ray-key’, is a complementary healing therapy from Japan. It is a gentle and effective system of healing which activates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself. As a natural healing system, it can benefit everyone, from young babies to adults and is a safe, non-invasive treatment.
Treatments with Reiki energy reduce stress within the body, thereby inducing a state of relaxation. The body can then be allowed to begin the healing process. It is an extremely relaxing experience and the benefits are immediate. All diseases and ailments can be helped with Reiki and it is safe to use in conjunction with other complementary therapies and conventional medical treatments. Reiki produces a feeling of total wellbeing and this has a very positive effect on the immune system.
Reiki helps the body to reach an inner state of harmony, physically, mentally and spiritually. As well as helping many physical ailments, it can also promote the changing of any negative mental habits, turning these into more positive and productive thought patterns.
