What is HealthTribe?

 

HealthTribe provide bespoke holistic health and lifestyle coaching, personal training and holistic therapies, helping you to achieve your goals. Our holistic approach means we don’t treat symptoms, we coach an individual to listen, and pay attention to their body’s needs leading to improved health and wellbeing.

 

We love coaching people how to deal with stress and achieve balance in their lives. Whether you have specific goals such as recovering from injury, depression, chronic fatigue, digestive problems, stress, general ill health, weight loss,  sleep problems or back pain, improving gut health or want to optimise your health and wellbeing we can work with you to help you attain your goals.

 

The human body is an integrated network of systems. For example, what happens in the digestive system can impact the musculoskeletal system and how we think affects us physically. Choices around your diet, mindset, how you move and your ability to rest, influences your health in a wide variety of ways. So, a holistic approach to health and fitness is essential for long-term success.

 

Holistic health and lifestyle coaching aim to assess and understand the key factors that can influence your health and performance. By evaluating these factors, we can put together a unique, step by step plan to help you optimise your lifestyle which in turn improves your health and performance.
